Atlantic Reach Resort

Property was a good size, clean and tidy and we had a great plot right next to the outside pool.

Needed to have outside searing, ours was the only one with out it. It was also very hot in there. Needed a fan. Some grout was missing in the bathroom and the towel rail was broken.

Hot tub, beds were comfortable, kitchen had all the essentials. Oven was great. Bathrooms were okish.

The sofas were very uncomfortable and the back of the sofa was all broken. It was busy as it was season we were unable to get space in the outdoor pool. We tried our best to get the space but were unable to. So booked outdoor pool which was a mistake. The pool was sogustingly dirty. On the floor it was sand and weird things. It was cold and not temperature controlled. Cold I dont mind but the pool should be cleaned in the busy season. Hot tub cushions were all broken. Not all the pressure points were working. Lights were not working for the hot tub. House carpet was not that clean. Hand wash should be provided. The property was not that value for money according to the facilities and comfortability.

Suited our family’s needs, as able to accommodate all of us in one property (3 generations). Enjoyed the use of the hot tub. It was clean on arrival, beds were made and linen/towels nice and fresh.

It is getting a little bit run down; needs painting on the outside, all the floors were very creaking, locks and door handles were stiff and the furniture was worn in places.

Lots of things to do on site for free like the gym, swimming, tennis, mini golf and arcade. Clean and comfortable living area. Beds were very comfortable. Close to Newquay and other areas by car. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Needing to book so far in advance for swimming- it got booked up quickly so need to book two days in advance. The food in the pub was too expensive for what it was. WiFi was not good in our chalet - need to go to the leisure centre to get a good signal. No bus route so a car is a must. Parking near the chalet was difficult if everyone was back on site.

Great value resort with everything you need for a family break. Great gym and food at the on-site pub and a lovely little cafe.

Very poor facility's for the money we paid definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone sorry. Pool Very dirty and landscape Very run down.

Facilities in the cottage were clean and well equipped. Perfect size for 8 of us

Very hard to find anything to complain about. If anything some of the paths could have done with a bit of weeding but other than that all was spot on

Great location Indoor pool and gym was great
