The house was amazing, very spacious. Hot tub was fab.

Need new changing rooms in pool area.

Stay was amazing and beautiful. Staff was so kind and loving.

accomodation was fine for what we paid quite spacious good location plenty of parking

the cottage was tired needed some upgrading holes in a couple of walls rusted radiators need a welcome book explaining what is on site with opening times and how to book activities disappointed that leisure complex closed at 3pm on the sunday due to staff party which we were not aware of when booking luckily we had booked swimming for lunchtime travel cot that we paid extra for had hole in the mesh

Spacious and good facilities.

No WiFi was a problem considering the phone signal wasn’t that great.

The inside of the chalets were lovely, albeit a little small. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The little shack / shop at the campsite side was lovely; they had a few basics (we needed butter!).

The outdoor pool looked green, almost black. The lawns and plants were very untidy, which spoilt it. The units are very outdated, from the outside, which was really disappointing. The parking around our unit (142) was a bit of a mess; people had to park on the paving as there wasn't enough parking. We didn't see anybody to speak to regarding the Splash activities, by the camping site. The indoor pool and sauna were lovely. The family time in the pool was not pleasant though, as there was nobody there to control the unruly people (adults!) around the children.
