Loved the location. I liked indoor swimming pool.

Sofa was dirty . Old age tv with limited connectivity. Toilet seat were broken . Some light bulb were not working. One bedroom mattress was so hard that can feel spring while sitting on it not comfortable.

Clean tidy and great location.

Few minor maintenance issues, dvd player not compatible with tv…

Hardly any facilities, advertised as a resort but nothing going on at all and most extras had to pay for, considering it was £3000.00 for a 5 night trip would book else where

The staff were all helpful and lovely, the ladies on reception and the maintenance man in particular! The food was good in the pub too.

Litter all over the children’s park and outdoor pool, no WiFi in the lodge which we thought would be ok as our phones have unlimited data - no, the signal was so poor that I couldn’t even take a phone call, the TV didn’t work because of the bad signal. The shower was weak and barely cleaned the sand off my 4 year old, the duvet was super thin and stiff and pillows were flat - super uncomfortable. The house was clean to a point, but there was grime on almost everything. I had to clean the whole house using Milton. The sofa was disgusting and stained. At one point there was an overflowing manhole near our house with little pieces of toilet paper floating down the hill. We checked out after 2 nights and booked elsewhere for the next 5 nights of our stay.
