It was very cosy and great location

It had no WiFi , and it definitely could’ve been cleaner. The balconies had definitely not been cleaned in a very long time. Also the water from every tap , you NEED to have a warning sign. The hot taps are EXTREMELY EXTREMELY HOT ….

Everything was great with our stay

Pool was good, soft play was good for the children, gym was above expectations. Pub was very friendly and the food was good.

Our accommodation was a disappointment as the lights in the kitchen did not work (could barely see to cook/eat) some of the lounge lights didn’t work, majority of the lights in the downstairs bathroom didn’t work, couldn’t see to shave. we reported it at reception and were told that they had difficulty getting the transformers, we’re advised that they would replace them with others from another property but it wasn’t done before left. When using the upstairs shower we had water coming through the ceiling, a maintenance person came to have a look but nothing was done.

The pub was not open.so the driver couldn't drink, the outside pool was shut, all the facilities were shut
