I loved this place. This will be amazing in the summer. It’s has everything needed for a home from home.

No WiFi but that’s not a deal breaker for me

Nice accommodation, clean and well presented.

The property was fine but there was nothing open after 7pm. The pub was closed so nowhere to get food and after a 6 hour drive I was quite hungry.

Excellent resort , great location . And we loved our holiday home

The park was good everything was clean and the accommodation was fantastic. Staff were extremely helpful with our complaints. We used the indoor pool and we were able to book the slots we wanted. The amusements were open and well equipped though some machines weren't working. There were outdoor facilities like tennis courts and play areas we didn't use due to the weather.

My only issue was poor advertising/information we booked this resort over others as it had advertised all of its facilities as open however once we arrived we found the outdoor pool closed this wasn't an issue being out of season. The problem became that despite being advertised as open at this time of year the onsite pub/restaurant were closed as was the onsite shop meaning last minute runs to the shop for supplies and meals were needed. It would be nice to be able to book accommodation that caters to pets and hot tubs as it seem only one or the other available I also noticed only properties with hot tubs had a fenced of area where that would be beneficial for guests with pets also.

Spacious accommodation but looking a little tired now and in need of some redecoration. Nice and warm and comfortable.

Being charged £70 to bring our dog, which is excessive when compared with elsewhere. Have since found other alternative locations where the dog charge is £10 and you get a doggy welcome pack. For £70 we got nothing.

The house was relatively clean but had a strong musky smell. It was quiet. The food in the onsite pub was really good even though there was a 40 minute wait.

There was no WiFi in the house. Went to reception and pointed out that we couldn’t get on WiFi. The girl on reception asked if I’d booked with booking.com and I replied yes. She said you’re in a house with no WiFi. She said that it was only available to us in communal areas. It is none existent and I was not able to access it at all. The mobile signal is so weak that this also wasn’t an option. We had to leave the site to get any signal at all. On one morning there was dog muck outside the door. The pool was fully booked so this was unavailable. The gym was available to members only in the evening despite being open until 11. Felt very like an old Pontins holiday and very run down. We did use the outside pool but it’s not heated. Considering it was nearly £1000 for 3 nights it is definitely not worth it.
