Private and Spacious 4BR 4Bath Villa in Tagaytay , Gated, Near Picnic Grove

Caretaker was right next door--so helpful! She got us anything we needed. Good communication with property manager, as well. The yard was gorgeous and restful with lots of flowers and greenery all around, and the street very quiet and beautiful.

The ate's room right behind the kitchen seems a bit humid (in spite of a small air conditioner) and small; I suggest not trying to stay in there. Another couple of suggestions, but not complaints: it would be nice to have some ice cube trays for the freezer, and maybe a few staples in the kitchen in case guests forget to bring something. We borrowed oil and salt from the caretaker, and she was very generous. Also a few hand towels for drying hands in the CR's after washing them. These are just suggestions. Everything was so nice for us.

It was clean, comfortable and large. I took a boxing team of six kids and three adults, everyone had a nice comfortable bed in an air-conditioned room. We cooked our own meals in the extensive and well equipped kitchen, all of us were able to eat family style

I honestly cannot think of anything. I didn’t like it is in a beautiful subdivision, just a recommendation. Be sure you have a driver because it is a long ways away from any tuck talk.

The place is huge and during our stay the WiFi is not working but It helps that we bond more together.The owner is very much helpful about my niece's sandal left and they send it to us through lalamove.The thing is we read the biography of the owner the gentleman and a farmer and he is from siocon in lituban which my partner also came from and he said his Lolo and him always went to that house in that photo every fiesta 😊 and his mom is still lived there.

Amazing stay! We really enjoyed our time here 😊 The house is big and super comfortable. Loved the karaoke machine and the TV area—perfect for hanging out. It was also great that we could cook and just enjoy meals together at home. The rooms are spacious, and having a private toilet and bath in each one was a huge plus. The host was easy to talk to, and the caretaker was very helpful too. We’ll definitely be back!

Good thing we read the messages from the host, if we read, we might have gotten lost - just a minor detail though :) She will send the Waze address , make sure to follow.
