We had an extremely unpleasant stay at this property. From the start, communication was a nightmare, the host Kirsten was unresponsive and rude. Gaining access to the property was far more difficult than it should have been, and there was no room service during our stay. The worst part was being falsely accused of causing damage we had absolutely nothing to do with. We were aggressively told to pay R6000 immediately or vacate the premises. The entire situation felt like a scam. My strong advice to future guests, make sure you’re physically present during the check in inspection and take photos/videos of everything. Otherwise, you may find yourself blamed for pre existing damage. This was a truly terrible experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Beautiful apartment. Great location. Comfortable and spacious!

To get the keys, is kind of an obstacle course! Too many codes to get a remote, Especially after a long day and drive. Main bedroom door does not close properly and struggles to open. Main bedroom shower leaks into bedroom. Whole floor was wet under bed. Ducktape used to ‘seal’ the shower.
