The property was modern and the location was perfect.

We were quite disappointed with our stay. On arrival, both gas bottles were empty, forcing us to eat out despite bringing food to cook. Once refilled, we discovered the gas hob was faulty and didn’t ignite on its own, requiring us to request a lighter since we don’t smoke. The main bedroom’s sliding door to the patio was also broken and couldn’t open. The dishwashing liquid provided was of very poor quality—it barely foamed and didn’t clean well. There was no electricity when we arrived, and the entire area was without power for most of the day. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about this in advance, and had to find out ourselves that it was an Eskom issue. Lastly, we had arranged for an earlier check-in, which was not honored. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience with several basic amenities and arrangements falling short of expectations.

The instructions to get the keys from the lockbox were vague and at times conflicting. The whatsapps received indicated that a code must be inserted, which code was not provided. It was then later provided via email- the instructions to get into the subject property could have been clearer and to the point

Really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, it has everything you need. The views are spectacular and love that the rooms open on to the balcony and one can hear the sound of the ocean while lying in bed.

Tedious check in and key collection. Front door lock system was a bit temperamental Hardest pillows I’ve come across in a long while
