Modern Chic Beachfront Apartment

Loved the location. Everything including the view was beautiful. Cleaning staff were very friendly.

One thing I'd recommend is having mirrors in the bedrooms with a plug point. The second gate to the beach did not work either.

I recently stayed at the Modern Chic Apartments in Ballito dated 01/02/2025 . However the rate of service i received was utterly disappointing looking at the fact that this holiday resort had been given a nine star rating . During our first night stay the property manager had sent us numerous messages saying there are cameras installed and she is able to see how many individuals were based in the apartment however when the resort was booked it stated up to six individuals in each apartment and was charged per night. It is disturbing that such a well established resort would invade your privacy and we were unaware if the apartment even had cameras inside spying on us , further to that during the night two black guys had recieved codes from the property manager to enter the apartment while we were asleep without even informing us and wanting to escorts us . It is so traumatizing to even think about the incident as we felt so unsafe throughout the night and what was suppose to have been an eventful getaway turned out to be so disturbing. The property manager also stated every individual working there is aware of the apartment codes which again may not have been an issue but giving random men the code to enter the apartment while being there without our knowledge and fully aware of females being there is absolutely terrorizing. I trust that this feedback will come into light to avoid this situation from happening to the next individuals who book that apartment because the experience for us was awful and we were left speechless of how unsafe we felt during the vacation.

Stunning apartment in a fantastic location. Spacious, comfortable, very clean, modern, well decorated and equipped with a huge balcony and magnificent ocean view. Private entrance to the beach. Excellent pillows and comfortable bed.

management of the property 1) Cleaning was an expensive extra cost but terrible services 2) Host doesn’t even reply to requests 3) 7 night - no consistent or sufficient clean towels , no beach towel’s 4) no parking for 2nd car - major inconvenience 5) no clean sheets when needed to replace 6) oasis property manager - not recommended 7) no dishes and cutlery for the no of guests 8) water leaks from aircon in balcony- hazard 9) water leaks from main bathroom- major hazard 10) rates are high but no service
