On the positive side, the property is easy to find, has convenient parking right out front, and is located on a quiet street within walking distance of local attractions. Has wi-fi. With more thorough maintenance and attention to detail, this property has great potential. But based on our experience, we do not recommend it.

The small details shape the overall experience of a rental. Unfortunately, for the price, this rental felt quite disappointing. There was visible dust on the towel warmer, bathroom walls, fixtures, and exhaust fan. A used dish sponge was left on top of the sink, presumably for us to wash our dishes with. The kitchen does not have an exhaust fan, so cooking smells tend to linger throughout the house. The towels and bedding had a slight musty odor. The space is somewhat outdated and minimally decorated, with the living room and kitchen relying solely on extremely bright overhead lighting, with no lamps for softer light. The 3 bedrooms each had just one electrical outlet, so we all had to choose between charging a device sitting in the dark or plugging in a wall light. One wall lamp was hanging by an exposed wire, and a doorknob was loose, which raised some safety concerns.

The location is perfect for exploring the city center on foot. The area is conveniently served by free parking and is very quiet. When we arrived, we found that there weren’t enough dishes and cutlery for all the guests, so we contacted the owner, who shortly afterwards brought forks and knives for everyone.

We were not very satisfied with the cleanliness, although overall it was acceptable. On a negative note, when we arrived one of the beds was broken. We contacted the owner, who came to remove the broken frame, but of course he couldn’t replace it within a few hours, so one of us had to sleep with the mattress on the floor.

- dosť opotrebovaný priestor, cítili sme sa ako na internáte , určite to nie je hotelové ubytovanie , skôr hostel pre nenáročných turistov, avšak na jednu noc pre nás stačilo - špinavý kuchynský riad, hrnce, tie sme si museli najskôr umyť, nefungoval šporák - izbičky boli veľmi maličké, ale obývačka to vynahradila - v izbách neboli žiadne záclony, závesy, alebo rolety, vôbec nič, čím by sa dalo zakryť okno na noc - matrace boli celkom pohodlné, ale na polorozpadnutých posteliach, drevené časti roštov trčali von z postele - podlaha na poschodí silne vŕzgala, takže toho, išiel v noci na toaletu zaručene počuli všetci
