Location was great

Clean and great for a group travelling!

In short, this experience was very bad. It was the worst place I have ever stayed.

We have four people,when I made the reservation on Booking.com, the information I saw indicated that the entire apartment was arranged for us. However, when we checked in by ourselves, we found that the room on the first floor was locked. Later, we know that we four were sharing the apartment with another two people. But at the time of reservation, there was no indication that we would be sharing the apartment with other tenants. It was very troublesome for six people to share one bathroom. Moreover, the room was not clean. There was garbage under the bed and some power sockets were broken. The light in the staircase was also broken. The button of the sink in the bathroom was also broken. I communicated with the landlord many times, but he/she simply ignored me. I was very angry. In short, this experience was very bad. It was the worst place I have ever stayed.

The location was good, walking distance to the town center. FREE Parking is available however, it is limited. Clean and cozy and all facilities are working well including the washing machine

Needs a bit of maintence. We fixed toilet seat. Shower head not working and really needs a microwave. Room in lounge was not what we expected

We really enjoyed our stay at Downtown Baldursbra Holiday Home. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the bus terminal and city center. The kitchen was super nice and we could prepare light meals during our stay. One very nice surprise was the hot tub in the garden, which we only discovered on our last day! I highly recommend this place!

Great location to the bus depot and town.

Not great communication from the staff after checking in. Luggage storage was offered but not accessible from our apartment.
