Location is very great and the bedrooms are nice with clean sheets. The owner answered directly at questions. We had a good stay in the appartement.

There where dirty plates and glasses in the dishwasher. We first had to go to the supermarket for cleaning capsules so we had some clean dishes. Also the refrigerated was not clean.. It's a pity that such a house is not managed, inspected eland cleaned correctly. With small effort:this could be a very good holiday home: more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, some coffee cups, bags for waste and better cleaning. Now it's a little :-) disappointing., but it's not a deal-breaker.

Very nice and cozy house with plenty of space and a convenient kitchen. We really liked the house, and would be glad to stay here again, when we’re in Reykjavík. :) Additionally thank you for the instructions for check in, everything was clear and easy.

Nothing specific, everything was really nice! The only small thing is that it feels a tiny bit insecure with the bathroom window facing the guesthouse hot tub, however it’s subjective thing and the window is really small, so it’s nothing major.

The location is perfect, very close to downtown and to attractions. We went for a nice walk around the lake near the president's home. We also walked downtown to visit the church, have a coffee at Reykjavik Roasters, and grab groceries.

Hosts should pay more attention to tidiness of the area where childrens' items go under the stairs.

It was a nice place to stay for a couple nights. Not fancy but had what we needed. Good location

Very nice accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Public parking available, even though a bit difficult to find. Very nice and calm area.

As described, location is very central. Convenient for a group of different families.

- We did not received any instruction, so we had to find the phone number and call to receive the code to access the property, It would be good to receive instructions prior arrival. - The heating was too hot, we had to sleep with open windows.

Location is pretty good- it's a close walk to the centre of Reykjavik. Rooms were very clean.

They never sent us the door code before check in and didn't respond to my messages in the days before our arrival. I had to turn on data and make a very expensive phone call when we got to Iceland to figure out how to get into the place. We mainly booked this place to enjoy a hot tub, but the water was disgusting and clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. Another guest commented on this several months ago, so it seems they just don't maintain the hot tub. It felt a bit like a hostel, with a mattress on the floor in the living room. They did have a crib for our toddler, but it was broken on one side and not set up properly. Luckily we found another crib under the stairs.
