We did not get any information in advance that the apartment was at another location.

Location was good

Our stay wasn't great. After some strange communication about how to enter/close the building, we found that the booked house for us (6 persons) was prepared for 8 people with a huge double bed taking up all the space in the livingroom. With that in mind, the house was much smaller than it seems in the pictures. The beds in the bedroom were extremely hard and uncomfortable (they seemed to be just boxsprings without mattresses on top). The kitchen/livingroom was not at all suitable for 6 people, with not enough cups/glasses/cutlery etc. There were only 4 chairs at the table. In the advertisement it isn't clear that the house is actually part of a guesthouse and that the hot tub is shared with other guests. However, the hot tub was so dirty that we did not want to use it. When we pointed out some of these things above, the host apologized saying they are new to renting out this place. But I feel like providing enough chairs/cups for your guests is such basic knowledge, being new to this is not really a good excuse.

Great location. Very spacious apartment, 3 bedrooms and a large living room with a double bed, excellent for a family of 5. Very friendly host
