Everything was fluid even those it’s a self checking process. The apartment was fully equipped as presented, very well heated with good wifi. Would have been perfect if we had coffee pods available but otherwise everything was perfect.

The location of the property is great within walking distance to the centre of Reykjavik. There is a nice garden area with a hot tub.

There was no curtain or blind on the bathroom window which was clear glass.

Great location and cute layout. If you want an affordable house for a family or group in the city you cant go wrong here.

The accommodation did not match the photos; the double room was replaced with a single sofa bed. The host added two extra beds in the living room, making it very cramped. Attempts to contact the host went unanswered. The faucet was loose and almost broken. For six people staying two nights, only one garbage bag was provided.

the Location is well situated and the outside terrace area is nice if the weather is good but not private to the appartement.

the room(s) looked completely different to what was displayed on the photos. there was one huge double bed plus one very uncomfortable single bed right beside the kitchen and open "common room" with no wall separating these 3 sleeping options. there is no staff and not a good explanation of how to get to the actual appartment. Plus, to know in advance that the enclosed bedrooms are upstairs and the only toilet is downstairs would have been important for making it suitable for our 87 grandmother who cannot take stairs at night. the kitchen is veeeery basic and not equipped well with things. the parking is free but messy, almost no availability around. the shower is overflowing big time, so not all of us could use it unfortunately. at times the air fan of the bath room is veeeery loud but it connected to the light, so it's not possible to avoid using it during the night. Generally way too overpriced for what it was.

Good location and comfortable stay. Perfect for group of friends/ family.

It is a cozy and stylish place. Amazing location. It was for a good price for 4 people. It was quiet. Nice entrance through a garden where is a hot tub (if we were not so tired we would definitely use it).

I missed some coat rack in the entrance because you do not want to bring it up to your room every time you go out. Bathroom needs some small corrections and to clean drains (smelly). A curtain on the bathroom window would be nice. There were no dish towels in the kitchen. Parking in the evening was a bit difficult, we parked 3 streets away.
