Location is a little bit remote but accessible.

This is the second time I have stayed here, and once again I truly appreciated the hospitality and warm welcome. Even though I arrived at 1 a.m. I was received with kindness and care, which made me feel comfortable right away. The house was spotless and exceptionally clean, and the terrace is a true oasis of peace where you can relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

The room was comfortable and clean, great value for money. Communication by the host Bindu was great, she was very helpful during my short stay.

I had a truly pleasant stay at the Chaithritha Ladies Homestay. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and felt very safe, which made it perfect for a female. The host Bindhu was kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed, yet gave me enough privacy to feel at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the homely touch and the calm environment, which made it easy to relax. The stay provides home-cooked meals at extra cost but haven't got a chance to try. Overall, I would highly recommend this homestay to women looking for a safe, cozy, and friendly place to stay in Trivandrum.

Excellent, well maintained property. Lots of plants and it has a great vibe. I had an excellent stay and felt safe. The staff is very friendly, sweet and caring. Breakfast and dinner is easily available which is tasty, cheap and reliable.

Although my stay was great and I do recommend this place, there were a bunch of issues that I choose to overlook. 1. The room that I stayed in had a bunch of personal items of another person who clearly seemed to stay there when the room was not rented out. This was eerie and unsettling for me 2. There was an issue with ants, there were too many ants in the room. And they even came on the bed which was distressing. 3. This is a ladies homestay, run by a woman. And I expected to be hosted by a woman there. Unfortunately, the day I arrived, the caretaker was busy on her day job and shortly after that, I realized she wasn't going to be back until the next day. Her son was taking care of the homestay until then. Although my stay ended up to be comfortable and the man was very sweet and professional. I couldn't help feeling a bit unsafe because this was unexpected and I did not see any other guest (or female) in the house as well. Had I known this information previously, I would have avoided the stay. Again, my stay ended up being pleasant, and I would visit again and recommend this homestay. But I still wanted to point out these issues as they may be able to improve these over time.
