review this stay was truly truly disappointing i paid £230£ plus to stay in a building site there was scaffolding surrounding the entire building countless faults - broken mirrors sinks tiles damp lifting floorboards scuffed floors broken heaters - all in a building with a terrible history of fire safety due to the inflammable cladding - complete SCAM and should be removed from booking.con this is a disgrace absolutely terrible experience and very poor value building should be demolished or finished !!! this was a case of MISLEADING advertising and BOOKING.COM should get their house in order

Hadn’t been cleaned and delayed me being able to go to the gig I booked by 2 hours. Place has scaffolding all around it with plastic covers so no way of being able to see outside at all. Builders turned up at 8:30 am drilling and banging.

Ideal for what we wanted

Some bits and pieces were a bit tired (curtains and rails) but nothing that affected our stay. Probably not worth sorting until external work to the building is finished

Super cute place, very close to the tram line so easy to travel anywhere. Amazing check in instructions to make everything super clear and easy.

When we arrived, we was expecting to relax and wake up to a canal view..... not, there was scaffolding all up and plastic sheeting so you couldn't see any of that beautiful scenery, they was nothing saying about the building work going on, oh and did I not mention the builders walking about at 7:30am drilling and banging not what you want after a night out. There was a curtain/sheet up on the livingroom window which you could see right through, the curtains in the lounge and bedroom where ripped so when you closed them you either had a gap at the side or in the midworkereyou couldn't get dressed in there as people was walking by. The balcony door shut but did not lock the key didn't turn, so I had to hide valuable items when going out, there was cracks in the kitchen cupboard doors, the laminate floor was popping up in certain places so the Was no walking about without footwear or you most probably stub toe. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were awful and the centre door that divding the lounge to the bedroom didn't want to move needs a good oil not worth the money we paid at all especially when your paying for parking aswel.
