The location

It need a little bit of maintenance

The location was good. You where right next to the main strip of downtown next to all the bars and restaurants

If you did not come to playa to party and have fun then it’s a noisy from all the bars and restaurants and clubs right next door. Music goes on until 3am.

The location is perfect

The Property is not well managed and the owner of the actual apartment is not contactable. Had a loud buzzing sound in my room , which was vibrating the headboard. Seem to be some kind of generator for the pool on the roof. No one would fix this for us or move us as the staff or myself did not get a response from the owner, so I had to sleep on the sofa for 9 nights. Also the main & Jacuzzi were out of action (no water) for the whole 9 days of our stay.

Was clean ,pool is perfect , roof is just five star

Everything was basically great, great location (1 block from 5th Ave & 1 block from the beach) rooms were clean and comfortable (it’s like a small apartment, includes everything you need, refrigerator, stove, microwave, plates, cups, silverware ect…)

Only thing I’d say I didn’t like was that the staff wasn’t really attentive, the day we arrived we were in the lobby along with another couple waiting for about half an hour for someone to come down to the lobby and help us check in
