La ubicación es buena pero cerca de antros con música fuerte, aunque no se escucha tanto dentro del cuarto. Los trastes estaban un poco sucios y faltaba jabón para lavar trastes. La televisión no tenía señal. No hay espacio de estacionamiento y para estacionar en la zona hay que pagar parquímetro. No había toallas suficientes. Nunca pude registrar mi huella para ingresar al edificio y siempre me tuvo que abrir el portero. No servía uno de los dos elevadores.

La alberca y sus vistas además de su ubicación muy cercana a la playa y la quinta avenida.

El personal de mantenimiento no es amable, el ruido del aire acondicionado y el ruido en la noche por estar cerca de la zona de antros.

The hotel was near a handy location to organise pick up‘s for booked tours.

Long story short: it was THE worst accommodation I ever booked on this website! Here the details, if you’d like to know the details: The host was non-responsive when we needed to contact him on the day of arrival. We were let in only after the check in time. The balcony (adjunct to another balcony) door was unlockable. The aircon was not working most of the time, so we did not sleep at night, because it was too hot. My linen was dirty. The shower handle was broken, the shower had was dirty and there was hair (not mine) left in the shower. There was a metal frame sticking out of the side of the bed on which I hurt my leg. I asked the host for a refund, I haven‘t seen it until today. Will post some photos.

Rooftop pool area was clean with plenty of space. Close to pedestrian area. A/C & WIFI worked well.

Very loud bars on the same street with music until early hours. Rooftop overlooked by construction work on building across the street. Bathroom had a funky smell.

The location and supposedly the property was with a great maintenance. The administrator sell it as if it was a luxurious property with all de acomotarios. Those things are false. The people that work there are amicable and very polite and professional. They do not have instructions of cleaning the space where you are while your staying there. The cleaning staff offer to change or give more towels of necessary, or toilet paper or taking out the trash. They have instructions of the administration not to do it. They do not accept credit card payments. The administration canceled the reservation 20 minutes before giving the keys. The offer to give another accommodation twice the price, selling you an upgrade. The reality is that they only accept cash, they don’t give invoices, one of the sofas was broken. The curtains of the living room had a hole in it. The bathroom door didn’t close well. Inside the rooms the maintenance is low

Hard to dry clothes and towels

I would like to express my disappointment with the accomodation at singular joy. We arrived at Singular Joy accommodation in February to find that I needed a check in code which was not sent prior, the reception person didn't know how to obtain this check in code which made the check in process extremely difficult. There was NO hot water for showering at all, hair around the toilet, an unclean shower, no water pressure with the kitchen taps and ants in the kitchen. I attempted to contact booking.com and also informed the front desk of the absolutely NO hot water at the time, however this was NOT resolved and we received NO REPLY from Booking.com or the unit's owner to resolve this issue. We therefore had to shower in cold water across two days which is unsatisfactory. This has made our experience at Singular Joy very unpleasant and have not had any response at all. I have requested for a resolution on our stay but again, zero response.

The apartment is a scam, it looks like the host had one bigger apartment but he separated into the two apartments, so this small room has the door that leads to the other apartment, even though the door are locked, you can hear everything from the other apartment and you don’t feel comfortable because you expect that any time someone will step through this door. Also the apartment is very small, dark and it only has one small bin for the trash. The towels were washed, but there was a lot of stains on them. The location is good, close to the beach and the main street with shops and bars, but also in a very loud area because of the nearby clubs, seemed like people come here to party so they are screaming all night, listening to the loud music etc. You cant rest here, the only positive thing is rooftop bar with nice views and drinks for a fair price.
