Mysigt, lugnt, rent. Fin utsikt mot Arthur’s Seat. Sovrummen i tyst läge mot baksidan. Nära till mataffär, busshållplatser, gångavstånd till centrum och gamla staden. Bra utrustat kök.

Bra läge för restauranger, barer, kommunikationer, sevärdheter.

Det enda vi ser som förbättring är att flytta lägenheten till markplan eftersom de var många trappor för tunga resväskor. Turligen hjälpte vår värd med bärandet. Tack.

Very convenient location as we went there to settle my son who started his University of Edinburgh studies the property very near to the University accommodation provided. The property has everything we needed for our stay.

The location was convenient to reach Old Town and many attractions, the apartment was comfortable and had a washer in unit, and the hosts were very friendly.

I didn't see any big issues but the water pressure in the shower was low.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Lovely and clean.

Shower head needs a change as the spray is weak. Sofa cushions constantly slide around. These are, however, tiny issues and in no way detract significantly from the fabulous location.

We are traveling for a year, so we created a scale to allow for fair ratings. This property scored 82%. We felt safe and the beds were comfortable. Felt like quality linen/duvet. I absolutely loved the nespresso machine with side milk frother. Owner left plenty of TP, dish soap , tea towels, etc. Had nice appliances- including washer. Plenty of space. Nice TV, Owner met us and even helped carry our luggage up the stairs. He was a very nice man and explained everything that was needed.

Neighborhood and back entrance were sketchy and ghetto looking. Graffiti and trash, people hanging out behind the building. One guy even urinated in the pass way. Keep in mind, we were there during the Fringe Festival, where the people take over the city- so this is not unique if you are staying in this neighborhood. The stairs (up several levels) weren't too bad because they were cement and not the typical old narrow wood stairs that we often see in old towns. The couch cushions protruded out and left a gap in the back, really just needs replaced. Despite these smaller issues, most of which the owner cannot control, we really enjoyed the apartment. It's spacious and had everything we needed. We felt safe and was comfortable- and that is what matters most to us.
