University and Central Edinburgh

Everything was great for our needs. The apartment was well equipped and spacious, the host was really friendly and helpful, and the location was very good for exploring the old town. We'll come back!

There was nothing not to like

Very cozy apartment – we really enjoyed our stay. It was warm, well-located close to the center, and very quiet, with the bedrooms facing the yard. The apartment had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the kitchen, which was well-equipped and even had tea and coffee available.

The stairs are a bit steep, which might be a consideration for older guests.

We received such a warm and friendly welcome from our host . They made sure we could find our way to the property and around the city. They met us on arrival and even sent us family-friendly ideas for days out and places to eat around the city. They were always very responsive and offered to help with anything. There was no rush to check out, and the property was very comfortable and clean. The beds in particular were very comfy ( we are a family of 4 with 2 young children who absoloutely loved the bunk beds too!) We were also in a great area as we could easily walk to the city centre and the bus stopped a minutes walk from the property to get to the zoo. Tesco express is on your doorstep as well as lots of other coffee shops, places to eat, and very cool charity shops if you enjoy thrifting! Cherry on the top was the view of Arthur's Seat from the bedroom window ❤️

The apartment was great, comfortable and really warm with efficient heating. Alastair (host) was there to greet us and show around at the beginning of our stay. There was everything we needed, and more like board games so we could play yenga or 4 in a row when it was raining. The apartment is very close to the city centre, so you can walk everywhere, there are also parks nearby by of you want to go for a jog. We also had some tips from Alastair where to go with kids or where we can eat. It was amazing stay.

Alastair was amazing,so kind and thoughtful. We had some dramas on our travels, but Alastair was able to get our holiday in Edinburgh back on track. He even helped me with my suitcase up the stairs. Positive vibes in a fabulous location in a clean, well equipped, comfortable, warm and beautifully appointed apartment.

The apartment is awesome: very well equipped and feels like home. We were super comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing: a very central place, yet feels safe and not loud. We will definitely stay again when we come to Edinburgh.
