The staff were all nice and accommodating, dinner and breakfast was superior. Offers free shuttle ride from Sapporo to hotel and back. In-room hot bath was lovely. We appreciate the lounge, the drinks/ refreshments and snacks that they offered.

송영버스를 여러 타임 운행하여 일정 조율에 도움이 많이 되었고, 직원들 모두 친절하였다. 주변에 식당이 많지는 않지만 라운지에서 계속 간식이 제공되어 아쉬움은 느껴지지 않았다. 석식과 조식 제공 옵션을 이용했는데 엄청 화려하진 않지만 정갈하게, 먹을만한 것들로만 차려져 충분히 맛있게 먹었다.

숙소가 조금 노후한 느낌은 있으나 깔끔하게 잘 관리되고 있는 거 같다.
