La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio. Le camere sono molto ampie, la pulizia eccellente ed il servizio è molto attento ma non invadente. È stato incredibile avere la spiaggia privata della camera, con diretto accesso al mare.

Era todo perfecto, demasiado rico todo. El personal era muy respetuoso y agradable, te hacían sentir como que eras su huésped más importante y eso lo hacían con todos. La comida muy rica

Realmente todo me gusto, sólo aconsejo que si quiere meterte al mar lleves algún tipo de zapatos de agua, ya que hay corales en el inicio. No es tipo buffet, si no que es con menú a la carta.

Excellent location, unbelievably friendly and good staff! Nice rooms and super good food. Private beach and live program on several evenings! We had super good and relaxing 7 days, pure bliss.

All inclusive could include a little bit more variety on drinks and rooms could benefit from internal phone (e.g asking breakfast to Villa).

Para quem é apressado, por vezes a espera pela comida é um pouco demorada. O mar em maré baixa fica um pouco distante e é melhor usar calçado próprio

Room was 5 meters from the beach, monkeys are coming to a tree near reception. Russian-speaking guest relation lady Anita was very helpful.

Water from the shower is salty. Portions in the restaurant are small.

A great hotel to stay at.. Stayed for 7 days - had the deluxe double room with sea view, very spacious and amazing view The staff is beyond amazing, lovely and caring, they put time to memorize your name and call you by your name when they meet you or you are having meals at the restaurant - have not seen this in so many other luxurious places. The customer relationship manager Anita, is just on fire - unbeatable energy, always roaming around and checking on guests and asking to keep her busy - with a great smile and sense of humor. The way your room is prepared for sleep while you are at dinner, the bed arranged and ready to get in, a bottle of water and cookies are put next to your bed are just another level of service. The food variety and portions are super! Themed dinners with music and shows! They even offer you late checkout if possible without you having to ask for it - a complete different customer centricity approach. I would truly recommend this hotel - I am picky and I like it :)

If one thing could be improved I would say the solid wood chairs on the balcony could be replaced with comfortable ones - the view from the balcony is awesome so worth really sitting there for a while :)
