Maharaja Boutique Hotel Zanzibar

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights all inclusive to relax after a safari and it met our needs perfectly. The manager met us on arrival and immediately put us at ease with a lovely refreshing drink before showing us to the beautiful restaurant where we had lunch. The location right on the Indian ocean and the beautifully maintained grounds are idyllic but it is the staff who really make this hotel stand out. Every staff member was friendly and courteous and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. We stayed in an ocean view chalet and it was simply stunning, well worth the extra charge in our opinion. Well done to all, we'd love to come back some time

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön mit einer tollen Sicht aufs Meer. Man kann hier wunderbar entspannen und bekommt seine Getränke direkt an die Liege geliefert. Der Service ist super, sehr zuvorkommend und es wird individuell auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingegangen. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und alles frisch zubereitet.Es ist aussergewöhnlich gut für ein Al-Hotel.

Wir waren in diesem Hotel 10 Tage, gebucht hatten wir Halbpension. Es war atemberaubend schön, wirklich ein traumhafter Urlaub dank diesem Hotel. Der Service ist einzigartig , Frühstück als auch Abendessen!!! Jeden Tag bekommt man eine neue Karte, in der wirklich viel verschiedenes angeboten wird. Der persönliche Hotelstrand 1a, niemand, der dir eine Tour verkaufen will, man hat einfach seine Privatsphäre . Dies ist viel wert. Der Kundenservice erste Klasse. Jeder Mitarbeiter ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wird sich Zeit für Probleme und Anliegen genommen. Die Zimmer sind immer sauber, WLAN und Klima funktionieren immer einwandfrei. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Hier ist man sehr gut aufgehoben!

We enjoyed everything in the resort, the apartement was so clean, tidy, we didn't need anything they couldn't get. The beach was really nice and furnished in a very beautiful way as well as the pool area. Staff there are so polite, helpful and friendly. The food was second to none, and we enjoyed every day menu and the staff of the restaurant were very nice and helpful from the supervisor Cecilia to every waiter.we would like also to mention the reception staff offered us a takeaway breakfast because our flight was very early in the morning.

Lovely place! We booked it very last minute and we were very happy to discover that we made the right choice. Our room was just steps away from the private beach which was lovely. The food was at a very high level, with plenty of local and international options. Since I am a vegetarian I was glad to have every day vegetarian option. Cecilia who is the supervisor of the restaurant was very attentive and caring about everything to be perfect and we felt very comfortable - she did her best to make our stay unforgettable by organising a romantic dinner at the beach for us which was absolutely amazing and well taken care of by Respicious who made sure that we have everything we need during the whole night. It’s great to see that people love what they are doing and care about their guests! The guest relation manager Anita was always super kind and helpful with useful information and being there for us and our needs! I really recommend the place, especially if you are visiting Zanzibar for the first time!

Amazing quite boutique hotel. Secluded with stunning views and amazing staff, especially Anita, the manager who made sure that our stay is memorable and upgraded our rooms. Food is authentic and a mix of local and international cuisine. WiFI was good
