Maharaja Boutique Hotel Zanzibar

Prachtig (goed beveiligd) hotel met ruime kamers, heerlijk zwembad en een fijn stuk eigen strand. De locatie is qua ligging op het eiland ideaal in het midden. Mooi verzorgde tuin, lekker en gevarieerd eten en een paar keer per week entertainment savonds wat erg leuk en gezellig is! Maar het allerbeste aan dit hotel is het personeel! Stuk voor stuk allemaal zo behulpzaam, vriendelijk en attent! Je wordt echt in de watten gelegd en ze zorgen ervoor dat je niks tekort komt. Zij zijn de reden dat je je verblijf hier nooit meer zult vergeten!

Locatie is prima maar je kan savonds niet zomaar van het terrein af en er is in de buurt ook niks te doen. Dat zorgt ervoor dat je vrij beperkt bent. Alles wat je wilt doen moet georganiseerd en je bent afhankelijk van dure taxi's. Wij hadden een nogal hard matras waardoor we echt met pijn in onze rug wakker werden. Dat is later wel goed opgelost door een ander matras voor ons te regelen! De prijs kwaliteit verhouding vonden wij niet helemaal in balans maar dat was niet alleen met ons verblijf, dat vonden wij ook gelden voor taxi ritjes en excursies.

Die ganze Anlage ist wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Sie lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Unser Frühstück am Strand war einfach nur traumhaft und Kite hat uns extrem verwöhnt. Vielen Dank Kite für dieses tolle Erlebnis. Speziell müssen wir auch noch Issa erwähnen. Was für ein toller, witziger und freundlicher Angestellter. Wir haben uns immer auf ihn gefreut, wenn er hinter der Bar uns den Espresso und den Cognac gebracht hat. Issa ist stellvertretend für das ganze Personal welche alle 10 von 10 Punkte bekommen. Und danke Anita für die guten Tipps die uns gegeben hast

We spent 8 nights in total at the Maharaja Boutique Hotel. It was really a great time and we enjoyed every day of it. The staff was super friendly and the service just great. Thanks to Cecilia and Anita for that! We had the villa with an ocean terrace. It was very spacious, modern and comfortable. Sitting outside in the evening was really nice. Also the breakfast and dinner was superb. A la carte and there was always something else to choose. Very delicious and super service. A big “Thank You” especially to Maximilian and Zuwena! On our last night, the hotel organized a romantic dinner at the beach and next morning also a romantic breakfast before we left the hotel. On our last day the hotel offered us for free a different so we could take a shower before heading to the airport, again a great service! The property was really great. Super peaceful, very green and indeed a boutique because of the small amount of people that can stay in the hotel. And if you’re lucky you can even see some donkeys jumping around. Just in front of the hotel was a supermarket which was also practical to buy small things. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would have loved to stay longer.

The only negative point to mention was the beach. The water was great but the way to enter the ocean has patches of sharp stones which means you should bring water shoes or wait until the high tide brings enough sand.

Toda a estadia foi ótima. O espaço é muito confortável e limpo, com uma boa piscina e praia privada. Bom serviço de refeições, com comida variada e com possibilidade de adaptar a qualquer necessidade. A equipa é extremamente simpática e cuidadosa, em especial o Abdul que nos acompanhou durante a maior parte da estadia. A guest manager Anita também se destacou pelo seu enorme sorriso e a constante preocupação em acompanhar todos os hóspedes. Proporciorcionou-nos momentos especiais sem qualquer custo adicional. É ainda de aproveitar uma ótima massagem e a possibilidade de marcar excursões por toda a ilha.

Ein sehr kleines, aber feines Hotel mit einer ruhigen Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das A la Carte Essen war sehr gut und es gab an jedem Tag eine andere Menu-Auswahl. Die Zimmer waren sehr grosszügig und sauber.

Grundsätzlich nichts. Jedoch könnte es für ein All Inclusive Hotel in der Bar eine grössere Auswahl an alkoholischen Getränken geben.

Everything about the maharaja boutique hotel stands for relaxation. The facilities are great the meals are superb and well portioned. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Great way to relax after an extended safari. It is definitely worth the drive out of Zanzibar.

Can’t think of any negative issues

O cenário do hotel é lindo, está praticamente em cima do mar e é paradisíaco. Além disso, todo o staff é muito simpático e de um profissionalismo extremo. Embora não seja no regime típico do buffet, a comida é sempre deliciosa e cria uma sensação de curiosidade sobre o que será o menu do dia seguinte. O quarto também é bastante espaçoso e limpo, com cofre e mosquiteira (e à noite, vão sempre ao quarto passar o inseticida e fechar a rede mosquiteira que envolve a cama). A Anita também foi muito querida e atenciosa, sempre à procura de tornar a nossa estadia o melhor possível. Viemos em lua de mel e recomendo a todos os casais este hotel. 🥰

Não tenho nada a apontar de negativo.
