En 1 sans hésitation : Le sourire, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel! La cuisine du chef. Excellente et variée. La piscine : propre, grande. Le calme. Le all inclusive qui porte vraiment son nom.

Les algues sur la plage (mais c'est vraiment un détail comparé à l'expérience).

Bel hôtel en bord de mer. Personnel extra , notamment M. Raspinas( désolée je ne suis pas sûre du nom) responsable de la restauration. Nourriture excellente. Chambre avec petite plage privée magnifique Dîner romantique sur la plage vraiment super

We spent ten nights at Maharaja Boutique Hotel Zanzibar and it truly exceeded our expectations. After a long search on Booking.com, we finally chose this hotel - and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. We felt incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The small size of the hotel creates a warm, personal atmosphere where you quickly get to know the staff - and they genuinely get to know you. Every member of the team went out of their way for us, we especially wanted to highlight Anita and Cecilia who were so welcoming and anticipated our needs, fulfilled our every wish almost before we even asked, and made us feel right at home. The entire stay was breathtakingly beautiful. The food was excellent, the service was exceptional, the rooms were spotlessly clean - a 10/10 in every way. We were able to deeply relax, completely unwind, and simply let our souls rest.

Our stay felt like being in paradise — from the warm welcome to the incredible meals that tasted like they came from a Michelin-star restaurant, and above all, the comforting feeling of being part of a family. A 100% recommendation! The staff were truly wonderful—helpful, friendly, and always ready to help!

My wife and I stayed at Maharaja Boutique Hotel and we were absolutely delighted! We spent wonderful, high-quality time together – everything was simply perfect. This is an ideal hotel for a honeymoon or a relaxing getaway (no children allowed, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere). The beach, open-air pool, and garden are cleaned daily – the pool might just be the cleanest we’ve ever seen! At reception, Anita, Cecilia (in charge of decor), and Pili (in charge of rooms) are passionate, caring, and hardworking people who fulfilled even our smallest requests instantly and treated us like family. All the staff were excellent, especially Maximillio, who was outstanding in his role. The food was fantastic – we loved every meal: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The special dinner on our last night, along with the beautifully decorated final breakfast, created truly unforgettable moments for us. Finally, the rooms are cleaned in detail every day and checked again in the evening – a wonderful touch. For a honeymoon or peaceful escape, I don’t think there’s a better choice than Maharaja Boutique Hotel. Highly recommended! 🌴🤍

A few minor drawbacks of Maharaja Boutique Hotel: 1. It’s about 1 hour from the airport. If you want to visit the city center, you’ll need to plan for the round trip. 2. Power outages happen occasionally – a common issue across Africa. 3. Water supply can be interrupted at times, and the water is salty – again, a Zanzibar-wide situation. 4. The sea level changes with the tides, but with snorkel gear and fins, it’s no problem at all. I thoroughly enjoyed snorkeling in the crystal-clear water.

Das Hotel selbst ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings hat die Lage und vor allem das Personal darüber hinweg sehen lassen. Jeder war bemüht, einem einen wunderbaren Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Hervorragende persönliche Bedingung, insbesondere vom sehr aufmerksamen Leonard, dem musikalisch lustigen Kite, der angenehmen Zu Wena oder dem bemühten Abdul‘man zB. Lassen uns diesen Urlaub unvergesslich werden! Anita, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stand. Vielen Dank Für eure tolle Arbeit! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Reise dadurch!

Es sind gröbere Reparaturen und Renovierungen nötig für die Sternenkategorie, die man ja auch bezahlt.
