"Our lodge was lovely and pool relaxing and staff helpful and nice"

Breakfast choice was Malaysian based but was good

Not enough dining tables for guests at lunchtime when the tour groups came in for food they had 90% of the restaurant

緑に囲まれ、部屋からの眺めは最高でした。 施設内で野生の猿に会えたのは、すごく新鮮で嬉しかったです。 朝は鳥の囀りと共に目覚めることができ、 夜中の雨の音もとても心地よかったです。 シャワールームは広く、家族で宿泊するには便利だと感じました。

共有スペースが綺麗に整備されていない。 飲み終わったグラスが置きっぱなしなど。 特にプールは濁っており、虫が大量に浮いていたので 水の水質管理については疑問です。 無料朝食は一般的なもので、値段相応だとは思いませんでした。 立地や施設の雰囲気は抜群でしたが、 この宿泊料を払えば、サンダカン中心地なら もっとクオリティやホスピタリティの高いホテルに泊まれると思います。

"Very nice, clean accommodation and close to main conservation centres."

The property was quiet and clean. The accommodation is close to main attractions in Sepilok and offered lunch and dinner. The gardens around the villas are peaceful with a very nice view point above the forest.

The pool wasn’t very appealing as the water looked that wasn’t clean in a while.
