The staff were friendly and the lobby area is beautiful The bed was comfortable and the AC worked

The price was too high for no hot water, no WiFi, dirty (bloodstained?) curtains falling off the rods, no water bottles in the rooms

La piscine est un plus, les chambres sont propres. Bon buffet de petit déjeuner (c’est varié)

Le fait qu’il y ait toutes les tables du restaurant réservées le midi et que des bus entiers de touristes arrivent pour manger.

The rooms were big with a comfortable bed and good AC. The property is quite nice with a huge lobby, pool and greenery. Location is great, because you are near the RDC.

We didn’t have any hot or remotely warm water for the two nights. We had asked repeatedly the reception to check and both times it was mentioned that it should work. At check out, the receptionist mentioned we should let the water run for at least on the cold setting 20 minutes for warm water to come. The night before we had asked this and it was mentioned that the hot water should come directly. WiFi is only available in the Lobby. Food was quite bad. The breakfast was just a random selection of stuff that didn’t mix and note very appetizing. We had dinner and it was not good at all and expensive. The fried fish was raw on and the rice tasted like a few days old. Don’t eat here. We went down the road to a bistro which was so much better. For the price you pay, very disappointed.

Nothing much as a returned customer

Things just got from bad to worst. No control or restriction on noise from residence, party outside of the chalet up to 3 am, only cut off by heavy rain. House keeping left stuff from cleaning outside the chalet, requested drinking water was sent after 2 reminder and delivered 2 hours thereafter. There were 2 cups and 1 saucer and 1 spoon in the room. The receptionist failed to inform us that dinner is either set dinner or ala carte orders only limited to Asian rice and noodles, no western food available. Kept apologizing but no solutions. Property not properly ran by professionals.

Chalet is unique, near the attractions.

Facilities pretty basic, services not up to standard, looks like the staffs are quite young and inexperienced. Some small basic amenities such as bottled water not provided or missing in the room. Hot water not working.
