Modern peaceful flat in town with parking

Given the late switch to a smaller Flat 9, the actual flat was well furbished and clean. Beds (including the sofa bed) were comfortable). Kitchen equipment was basic and limited, but adequate. The location was just off the long park along the Bourne into town, a 20 minute walk which was very pleasant in the daytime.

There was apparently a late problem (1 week out) with Flat 1 and we were switched to Flat 9. While we appreciated not simply being cancelled, Flat 9 seemed a good bit smaller than the Flat 1 pictures, with two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in a very small 'dining room' which was largely filled by the bed. As we were three separate adults, we used all three beds and rooms, so there was no seating or dining area. It did feel we had paid for a bigger flat and ended up with a smaller one. Sound proofing was not great, though most other residents seemed reasonable about noise later in the evening. The location is fairly close to a busy main road, and some might prefer to be closer to the centre.

The location was great and the host was really helpful with facilitating parking.

Absolutely everything was on top level! Host definitely thinks about your needs. Flat was exactly same how in pictures. l loved that there wasn’t all in one soap, but was shampoo, hand soap and body wash separate. Flat was clean, dehumidified and smelled really nice! Slippers for all guests was left as flat is all in carpet! In kitchen was everything you need- even special pan for pizza, dishwasher, washing machine- capsules for both, even iron and where to dry clothes. Definitely suggest! Everything was brilliant, also all instructions were sent on time and clearly understandable with pictures! + host wasn’t too chatty, what i liked, as at the end this is kind of provider and customer thing

If I really need to say something bad, then on en-suit bathroom after taking shower little bit water was on the floor because shower side glass little bit too short, but there was two types of rugs for shower, so all good!
