Clean. Size was ideal for family of 5. Location excellent. Modern and fresh refurbished property, lovely bathroom units. Management communication was excellent.

WiFi/TV signal kept disconnecting. Sofa could maybe be replaced with similar style sofa bed for added comfortability. The metal bed extension was not as supportive.

"Flat was clean, not for 6 people, uncomfortable sofa bed, worn sheets- and did not sleep."

I didnt get a call from the host - I had to reach out and my family were waiting outside but he was nice when we spoke.

This was not a 7 person flat - I absolutely hated the sofa bed - my mum and dad needed the double bed and my son and brother needed the the single beds - my husband and i had the sofa which was so uncomfortable that I did not sleep at all. The sheets did not smell clean and were very worn - it was a horrible experience. Not even a pint of milk.
