We wouldn’t know we didn’t end up staying.

Key collection for the property took 2 hours and was a 20 minute walk from the accommodation. When we finally got to the accommodation there was absolutely no power to the apartment.

Lo sucio que estaba, sobre todo la cocina, sin contar la moqueta. Para hacer el check in y check out hay que caminar 20 minutos con la maleta o coger taxi. Las fotos son reales, una pena el mal mantenimiento xq podria ser un buen apartamento por ubicación y tamaño. No lo recomiendo, es desagradable.

Good location

No pans that worked on the induction hob & therefore could not cook Wi-Fi did not work but this also meant no tv as it is only streaming channels

Modern clean decent sized apartment

Only advised after booking about their £50 non refundable damage waiver or £200 damage deposit. Also, the keys were located 22 min walk away from the apartment and needed dropping back off as well after the stay which is not ideal

The whole experience was just bad. Bedding probably not changed for weeks , smell of swet of others , discussing really. First, that kind of experience for us. Kitchen - coocker with 2 fry pans only , but both of them are not suitable for this cooker, so unsuitable for anything. Hot water was gone after two people, not even long showers. No help, no explanation what to do. Anytime we ask via message on the app, they come back with sarcasm, very polite, or SORRY, but not much help, kind off "thank you for letting us know"... Shower blocked, you basically standing in dirt of other people. It was gathering water 10 seconds after the shower started. This is the least luxurious place you can get. And this is so sad as the location was not bad, views from windows great. Missing furniture and whatever is there, half broken.Keys need to be collected from the shop in Salford! Not close at all , you need a taxi for that. We would not recommend this place.

All stay was a disaster, not comfortable. We were considering leaving day early. We would never come back there.

Venue was nice

Paying for any damages, an extra 47 pounds and not having it back? I don't know if that will be paid back? This should be reimbursed after checkout or included in the package price. Without paying it, you can't proceed to checkout..
