Boscastle Quaint Cornish Fishermans Cottage

Great information, a loively surpise on check-in! So clean, well maintained and decorated. Loved the retro vinyl player!

The pub across the road had a great live band but would have preferred going to bed a little earlier :) Had a useful photo of the parking spot and directions - a little map would have been even better.

Every little detail had been thought about to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The children loved arriving to some delicious scones, cream and jam! The cottage is beautiful, the location is stunning and we had a lovely couple of days. We were sad to leave!

Just a personal preference, a curtain would be nice at the front door as the pub opposite gets quite busy. But apart from that everything else was perfect.

The property was wonderful it had everything we needed. The location was walking distance to shops etc

Shower was hot and then freezing. Bath not elderly friendly.

Das Boscastle Quaint Cornish Fishermans Cottage, vor Ort als Tamarisk Cottage bezeichnet, ist ein Juwel. Es ist zum einen toll ausgestattet, zum anderen hat dieses Cottage ein unglaubliches Flair und macht so den Aufenthalt zum Vergnügen. Auch die Umgebung, der Ort Boscastle und die Wanderungen am Coast Path nach Tintagel bzw. zum Boscastle Farm Shop (Empfehlung, aber unbedingt reservieren) haben uns ausnehmend gut gefallen. Wir sind begeistert.

Wir hatte damit keinerlei Probleme, aber zwei Dinge sollte man erwähnen: 1) Die Stufen in den ersten Stock sind steil, große Menschen sollten dabei auf ihren Kopf achten. 2) Aufgrund der niedrigen Höhe haben wir eher gebadet als geduscht.

The cottage is quaint and charming, clean, comfortable and has all the facilities. We had a very relaxing stay. The scones on arrival was a real treat and we enjoyed the secret garden as the weather was great.

This isn’t really a dislike but we didn’t use the shower due to the flow of the shower and opted for baths. This wasn’t a problem at all for us - our very tall son would have been too tall for the shower anyway. The water was hot and bearing in mind the very reasonable price of the cottage, it wasn’t a problem for us at all.,

Location and cute interior. Also very clean and everything we needed was available eg washing machine.we also loved the scones on arrival !

Shower was a bit tricky to use with the water pressure changing frequently

Very sweet cottage with great amenities. Loved the secret garden. Opposite the pub.

Issue with the water pump made the showers run cold, mentioned to owner but did not respond until we had departed.
