"Avoid !!"

I had really bad experience with this property, I had arrived on time and we have been waiting about two hours and I had a young child with me! I have been calling to the Host and wasn't answered and I sent a message on What's up and I left a voice message still no response. But finally thanks for booking.com customer service team and they were very helpful and I got my money back.

"Disappointing after a brilliant birthday night out in Manchester"

Location

Hidden fee of deposit that I never got back even after complaining that we were meant to have parking and didn’t have it and I wasn’t made aware of any additional payments until the night of whilst I it side the property so didn’t have a choice. Unacceptable. Drop boxes looked shady. Requested Prosecco for arrival as a surprise and I would pay never heard anything

"Unfortunately really disappointing."

Great location

Felt really grubby & tired. Walls & floor full of marks, no toilet roll left for us at venue. No key fob given making it really hard to enter and leave the property. There was also an unexpected one time payment of £50 that we didn’t realise would be needed to cover potential breakage costs.

"Falta de llave y de respuesta del casero"

El casero no nos dio llave electrónica para acceder al edificio y dependíamos que la seguridad del edificio nos abriese o de que algún vecino nos abriese la puerta de la calle o la de cada planta. Cuando nos pusimos en contacto con el casero nos dio largas hasta que nos fuimos. Tras hablar con la seguridad nos informo que está situación llevaba alargadose varios meses y no habían puesto ninguna solución.

"Worst experience I’ve ever had"

Nothing

When I arrived the key wasn’t in the lockbox. On making contact with the owner they told me they would call me back in 5 mins which was a lie. I ended up standing outside in the rain and cold for a hour telling me everytime I called back to wait 5 mins. They then stopped picking up the phone and I received no contact from them at all . DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
