Hotel Jotam

The property is very clean, pretty, and updates. Since it sits behind another building, it surprised us because we weren’t expecting such a pretty building.

It took the water a little while to warm up in the shower and the sink had a lot of water pressure when you turn it on. But you get used to it.

La ubicación, el tamaño de la habitación, la limpieza, el trato amable.

Que hasta la fecha no hayan arreglado el jacuzzi, que no exista variedad en la comida y la relación de precio-comida, hay que bajarle conforme a lo que dan.

Very clean and spacious hotel. Kind staff. It was so nice to be able to spread out in our room. I liked the location. Just a little off the main street and tucked in a little. Easy walk, Uber, or tuk tuk options!

No AC in rooms, pool wasn’t available

Clean and large rooms with friendly desk staff - they even surprised guests with a fruit plate on New Year’s Eve!

First night there were two power outages, one happened as I was stepping into the shower Noise from the road is loud even though hotel is set back - they do provide a fan in the room which helps block the noise

Después de nuestro periplo por Guatemala podemos decir que fue el mejor hotel en el que estuvimos. Realmente superó nuestras expectativas. Habitación supergrande, camas muy cómodas y bien comunicado con los puntos de interés de Panajachel
