Very good breakfast

The hot tub did not work

Clean and really spacious, even if lacking in amenities and character. Easy walk for restaurants, chicken bus for Solola and groceries/shopping. The pool area is sheltered from wind and it’s pretty quiet in the rooms.

It’s a fine place but did not feel like good value for the cost overall. Location is off busy street but set back to offset noise. Price is set comparable to other hotels with more amenities such as gardens/green space, access to coffee, tea, water and maybe even breakfast.

About 1/2 km from the Main Street with shops and restaurants. Not easy for a solo elder traveler in the evening but The hotel is quiet compared to the ones located on the busy street. For me the place was fine

Great new modern hotel with gigantic rooms and brand new mattresses. Nice to have a pool to swim after a long travel day. Good location, I chose it for the proximity to the shuttle drop of point, the lancha jetty and the main pedestrian walk with plenty of restaurants. Hot water in the showers.

The staff was amazing! So kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

The location was a lil worrisome with the walk back in the evening. They have security on site and lock the gate at 10:00. Booking.com had the room I booked listed as two twin beds, which we wanted. The hotel wanted to charge more for this option, so we had a double bed, which is quite small for two for one week.

The property is set back off the Main Street so it’s quiet.

This hotel is nearly new and built to a high standard with beautiful timber doors and beams. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, lots of storage space, great hot shower, huge beds. Location is just a short walk from Santander Street but quiet at night. Staff were lovely and light breakfast made it excellent value.

Wifi was a bit slow and kept dropping out but that may the case for the whole area.

The room was massive! The room was clean. It was close to a supermarket and fairly close to the main streets in Pana.

Honestly for what we paid there’s not much to this hotel. It was a place to sleep. It was quite loud and the hotel probably needs to invest in some plants etc around the common areas to soften the noise made by other guests. We went out for breakfast each day but we did see other guests having coffee etc in the small restaurant, however this option was not conveyed to us at check in.

The room was big enough to play football in. It was so nice to have a bath. I had one issue in the room and was delighted to see how quickly and efficiently it was handled. Great staff--especially given this was over Christmas holidays. I think the bed was brand new--nice and comfy. Also very quiet considering it's on Calle Principal the main access into Pana (It's back from the road)

There was no AC in the room and it was quite a walk from the dock. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft.
