"new place conveniently located"

Great new hotel on edge of main area but central to ferry, nature reserve. So just 2 min walk to main drag. On major street but set in. Really friendly staff. Great continental breaky with soooo much fruits

Hot tub not operational as winter. Bed is a bit small for 2.....double

Location is very convenient (near the main market street, a grocery store, close to the ferry terminals etc… Friendly staff. Nice hot water for the shower 😄

A little bit noisy from the street and folks setting off bombas, but I had ear plugs with me so it was fine and I slept well. The hotel itself is very quiet though.

The concierge Marvin was the most wonderful host. He provided amazing service from check in to check out. When we had an issue at check in he took charge and helped us fix it. He remembered our names, and when my sister told him about an allergy, the staff prepared a special meal for her.

The hallway lights were too bright at night. This made it difficult to sleep.
