No me gustó nada, una vergüenza.

Le doy un 1 porque un 0 no se puede, o sino también le pondría un -3. El propietario no se comunicó conmigo en ningún momento para poder acceder a la vivienda y hacer el check in. Nos dejó a un grupo de 5 personas en la calle de noche por no presentarse ni escribirnos. Por nada del mundo reservéis este apartamento. No hay forma de comunicarse con el anfitrión, y además puso un número de teléfono en la información de mi reserva que ni existía, lo cual es muy sospechoso. Una vergüenza de sitio. No lo reservéis. Es denunciable.

I did not receive any instructions on how to collect the keys. Upon arrival, the building doors were locked, and there was no way to enter. I searched the entire entrance area for any signs, notes, or guidelines – there was absolutely nothing prepared for me. I then tried contacting the host via messages and phone calls multiple times, but they never replied. This was an extremely stressful and unacceptable situation, as I was left stranded in a foreign city with no place to stay. Eventually, I had to find and pay for a nearby hostel at the last minute. The host was completely unresponsive and irresponsible. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding this property entirely – there is a high risk that you will be left without accommodation, as I was. I have lost all trust in apartment properties like this and will only consider verified hotels or hostels in the future.

Konkrétan nem jutottunk be a szállásra és a szállásadoval sem tudtuk felvenni a kapcsolatot semmilyen formában. Kifizettük előre ezért reklamálok a booking on mivel ez miatt másik szállást kellett sürgősen foglalnunk. Ez azért felháborító!!

Kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Wir waren am 21.07.25 ca. 13:30 Uhr vor Ort und haben bis 21:45 Uhr gewartet. Es ist niemand gekommen der uns das Apartment zuweist. Ich habe mehrfach versucht den Vermieter telefonisch bzw. auch mit einer Nachricht zu erreichen. Leider ohne Erfolg. Um ca.20:50 Uhr hab ich mit dem Kundenservice telefoniert und die Situation geschildert. Es wurde mir sofort Hilfe zugesagt. Ich wurde gebeten 45 Minuten zu warten, da sie auf Rückmeldung vom Vermieter warten. Auch dies hat zu keinem Erfolg geführt. Nach diesen 45 Minuten habe ich eine Nachricht bekommen mit der Bitte das ich mich um eine andere Unterkunft kümmern soll. Ich war sehr traurig und enttäuscht. So eine Unzuverlässigkeit von einem Vermieter ist mir mir noch nie passiert.

When we got there there was no person that we could contact and they didnt answer our messages and emails or even our phone. I am not even sure if there is a phone number because ıt didnt work for us. So we ended up booking another hostel. It was horrible. I definetly would not reccommend this place

There were no staff.. the apartment is open before arriving and no lock for it!! The floor is dirty and the bathroom also... no body answer in the phone. No towels in the bathroom and no heating system.

This apartment was disgusting. Nothing like the pictures. We came in and left within 30 mins. We didn't even want to sit down on the sofa because of how dirty it was.The apartment was nothing like pictures and we could not stay there. Avoid this place!
