Great location and service

Everything about this stay was fantastic. From pre-coordinating airport transfer, to the friendliest check in, to the included breakfast and daily housekeeping. It was a quiet location close to the main area and easy to get to. The staff were superb, really completing the amazing experience. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

A Pleasant Surprise in the Heart of Mexico City I booked Vuestro Hotel without knowing anything about it — I just needed a place to stay for two nights in Mexico City and decided to take a chance. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be! Located on a quiet street in a typical city neighborhood, this urban hotel makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The front desk staff welcomes you warmly and professionally, setting the tone for an excellent stay. The hotel has four floors and a cozy lobby that also serves as the dining area. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the comforts you would expect from a five-star hotel. Breakfast is included, delicious, and served with great care. The location is fantastic — central but tucked away from the city’s noise, making it perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and outstanding service in Mexico City.

I stayed at Vuestro Boutique Hotel for just one night during my trip to Mexico City, and I’m already dreaming about going back—just to stay there again. It was, hands down, one of the most charming, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained hotels I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was unmatched. Every single staff member was so genuinely kind, warm, and accommodating—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The guest rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. Everything smelled fresh and clean—not a single detail was overlooked. The entire hotel had this light, crisp scent that instantly made the space feel relaxing and luxurious. You can tell they take deep pride in maintaining the property—it felt like everything had just been cleaned for the very first time. The decor struck the perfect balance between modern and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout the space. It was quiet, peaceful, and felt like a hidden oasis in the city. Plus, they offer complimentary breakfast and fresh coffee in the morning, which made the stay feel even more personal and boutique. Amazing location, super clean room, comfortable beds, awesome rooftop plunge pool, loved the breakfast, friendly helpful staff, felt very safe, a little boutique Oasis in a big crazy city.

I loved everything about this place. I love the modern style, newness, cleanliness, friendly staff, good breakfast, and our rooms were cleaned daily,location and our room was on the rooftop which I liked. Across the street was a cute wine/food place called Berta.

The only thing was that when we buzzed to get into the hotel it sometimes took awhile before the door was opened. It wasn’t a big deal .

Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location and spacious rooms. However, rooms need to be soundproofed or noise curfew needs to be enforced. In room 302, on Saturday night, loud music coming into the room. Notified the staff at midnight and music ceased at approximately 12:30.
