Vuestro Mexico City

I had a fantastic stay at the Vuestro Hotel during my 7-day trip to Mexico City in July. From the beginning, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Housekeeping was especially outstanding — my room was refreshed daily with care and attention to detail. (Please tip the staff accordingly!) The room itself was spacious, spotless, and felt newly updated, reflecting the hotel’s boutique, modern style. I especially appreciated the great water pressure in the shower and the thoughtful kitchenette setup, which included a microwave and a small fridge — perfect for storing drinks or heating up quick leftover meals. Please avoid the nearby Starbucks and check out the great local cafes. The location is ideal: just off the main streets, so it’s peaceful and quiet, yet still within easy walking distance of restaurants, transit, and the nearby park. It truly felt like staying in a real neighborhood rather than a tourist zone. I also felt very safe coming and going throughout the day -- something I was a bit hesitant about at first. For the price, the value was more than exceptional. Great service, comfortable accommodations, and an unbeatable location — I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is a new facility so everything was neat and clean. Breakfast is excellent and the rooms are spacious with all the appliances you will need during your stay. The hotel area is more as a business zone with offices and shops, so it wasn't walkable at all but safe. The staff of the hotel were good and helpful. The only issue we had was on the first night/second day of the stay. There was a short circuit from the public grid that affected the hotel transformer leaving the whole hotel without power. Luckily we were relocated on another close hotel from the same company and spent that night over there while the power problem was fixed. I will definitely book again in the future.

Great hotel! Small one with friendly employees! They could have some more options for breakfast. They have a menu and you order. For menwas enough, but i know some colleagues that will need more than that. 😀

We had a shower that did not drain properly. Even when we asked for it to be fixed it was never fixed during our stay.

So clean and comfortable. It’s perfect location and the staff is the friendliest and most attentive I’ve experienced.

For context, our stay was from July 5-8. Hotel is walking distance from Chapultepec bus station (Metrobus Line 7), which offered great connectivity. It’s relatively new so the building (and room) is modern and clean. Staff was super helpful. Terrace has a small plunge pool and lounge area with decent views of nearby skyscrapers. There’s a great cafe (Cafe Atelier) and bar (Berta) right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend!

Only one downside: the breakfast. Breakfast was included in our stay but comes with a catch. It’s not unlimited buffet style. There’s a short selection of items which you can only order once. Photo of the selection attached.
