Location was superb, centrally located and lovely building.

Wasn’t aware the studio was out the back but still good!

Very small double beds, blinds were too short for the window size which made it uncomfortable to sleep in during sun rise

House was big and clean

The location was a 22 minute walk away from Albion Street where it said it was. The Central Hotel manage lots of different properties across Cheltenham and although I booked an apartment on Albion Street and had even received confirmation of the address, when I got there I was sent to a house on a council estate more than a mile from the original property. This increased my walk from the town centre from 5 mins to nearly half an hour! Also the TV didn't work at all as the aerial didn't work

No cold water in kitchen, Blinds didn’t go down all the way, sofa was old and terribly worn.
