Once inside the apartment the amenities were ok but did not feel safe.

Collecting the keys was a nightmare, the hotel reception was in the middle of a one way system, no parking, apartment some distance away. When we got to the apartment it looked derelict and was covered in scaffolding from top to bottom. Eventually found the basement entrance door down some off street steps, the glass in the door was smashed and there were boot holes in the panelling, door very flimsy and could have easily been forced. I phoned the hotel reception immediately and they just said we knew about that don't worry. If they knew about it why didn't that fix it. We had a very uncomfortable night and did not feel safe.

Good size. Good location

The office to collect the keys is too far from the property. The furniture is run down.

Nice and spacious apartment.

Noise level from above apartment, and people slamming the front door maybe but a sign up? Feel like the kettle could do with an upgrade, and thicker blankets/ throws in the cold winter months.

Rooms were a bit out dated could definitely do with refurbishing

Lovely and quiet. Spacious

Lounge TV didn't work. Reported 4 times but not fixed throughout whole of visit. Shower plughole wasn't draining. We pulled out a tremendous amount of hair which then cleared it. Kitchen plug didn't fit plug hole so had to wash dishes under running water.
