Canterbury Black Horse Inn

Quintessential British bnb. Only criticism is the photos of our room weren’t accurate as the room has been made approx 1m smaller by the addition of a new fire-exit corridor. It made the room very small and a bit of an amusing surprise when we arrived, however, still comfy and still good value.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, very good value. . Nicely decorated. And there was room for our bikes inside the courtyard, away from the street.

Bathroom tiles need to be fixed, and light in the cellar room comes on automatically at night. A floor sound dampening cover would be nice in that room too( (sound of water running, in the afternoon, at night it was quiet) .

The staff us is outstanding. They helped me out with a particular request and made my day. Location is really good and room had homely design

The smell of the bathroom. It's an old house, probably nothing to be done.
