Debo destacar la limpieza de la habitación y en especial, la del baño. La ducha era potente y bien caliente. El desayuno continental es bien surtido y bufet, con productos frescos. Se puede llegar hasta la zona céntrica caminando.

Esperaba una cama más cómoda, se sentían algunos resortes por momentos... gracias por la atención

Clean, quiet and good location

Couldn't get TV working, messaged them but nobody sorted this out.

The bed and bedding were not clean, there were dead small insects on the blanket, which was unacceptable and very unpleasant. There was no staff at the reception when I arrived at approximately 6:30pm. Although I had been informed in advance that there might be no one at the reception counter, I was asked what time I would be arriving. Therefore, I reasonably assumed that staff would be on duty at that time, especially since it was still early in the evening and not late at night. In addition, I experience difficulty retrieving my room key from the electronic key box. The process was not straightforward, and there were no staff available to assist me. Fortunately, a couple who happened to pass by helped me unlock the key box. This situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration at check-in. Overall, my experience was disappointing due to the lack of staff assistance and the poor cleanliness of the room,
