Beach Haven

Just the location, my room Was really dirty and heater barely worked. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and it had the flattest pillows. Not a place that I would ever recommend 🤦‍♀️

Staff is very nice and helpful , rooms are clean , safe and I would stay here again.

Location was great. Close to beach and entertainment.

Walls are very thin and you can hear everything above, below, and next door.

Hailey, the desk clerk, was friendly and professional. I was able to park right in front of the building. My room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The bed was comfortable; the TV had a feature to stream from my phone, which was wonderfully modern. Most hotels have outdated TVs that do not allow you to connect your laptop or stream your account. The room was spacious and equipped with a fridge.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower floor, which features black grout with black, polished stones. With a black shower floor, you cannot see if there is mold or mildew. It doesn't feel completely sanitary.

LOCATION WAS THE ONLY PLUS

Dirty, VERY NOISY, you’re on your own with no one checking on you , asking if you need maid service or towels or even toilet paper ! Place is tiny , beds too high , carpets dirty , no rails in the shower , I ACTUALLY FELL IN THE SHOWER ! ALSO CHARGED EXTRA FOR AN ADULT EVEN IF THERE WERE TWO BEDS AND ONlLY 3 ADULTS PLUS SPRUNG THISE EXTRA $50 PLUS AN OVERPRICED DEPOSIT OF $250??? FOR WHAT ? ROOM DOESNT HAVE A PHONE OR ANYTHING TO DEPOSIT FOR! ALSO TV IS HORRIBLE! You have to cast from your phone !
