"Needs some upgrades in the rooms for how expensive it is. Staff is rude."

Location, clean

I’m have been waiting for the deposit $250 refund for 4 days. I think that it’s not necessary to hold guests money for that long time. I have been traveling across the U.S. for two weeks, and your hotel is the only one that has held my deposit for this long.
