Pool tiles was broken so we got injured .

Such a beautiful and private place with the friendliest of friendliest people. If you need a peaceful place to spend a few days close to nature, this is the one. Cannot recommend it enough. Thanks for letting us stay and taking such good care of us.

The property is set amongst a large farm, by a river, set back from the main road The pool was lovely and we were able to watch the birds & bats at sunset from the water and later see the fireflies over the lily pond! The hosts are very friendly, our first home stay experience and they even cooked an evening meal for us which was absolutely delicious - as was breakfast! Our first milk rice in Sri Lanka :) We unfortunately had to leave the following day due to our schedule and they helped us get our tuktuk going and helped me pick a few stones from our tyre tread :) We couldn’t recommend this place enough if you are passing through Kurunegala

We loved everything - just one shout out for anybody staying and driving yourself, trust google maps and look for a large green gate :)

Beautiful estate bit away from the main road with cows, dogs, chicken and peacocks. Nice outside pool just next to the river. Very friendly and helpful staff. The chef took very good care of us and even helped us to prepare our Christmas dinner. After staying for one night we extended our stay because we fell in love with the people and the place.

Beautiful nature, location in old Coconut estate, lot's of animals, including wild boars and hornbills. The nature however comes with a price - it's far from any settlement, so either opt in for their dinner (very tasty but paid extra) or eat on the way. The personnel was helpful, the pool was clean and accessible even late at night, there was a lot of extra facilities which we didn't use but they are there (pool, speakers, bar, hammock etc). The bed was equipped with big mosquito net. Also besides AC there is a ceiling fan, which some may prefer. We hope to come again one day for a longer stay.

Low water pressure in the shower. The bed was quite noisy and hard. Also be careful at the pool, there are some sharp edges, I accidentally cut myself.

Breakfast is Sri Lankan and it was nice. Room is spacious and garden is well maintained.Property is managed by two Russian couple and they are nice.

The entrance gate did not have a security guard so we have to open the gate by our self. The room not have a dim light.
