Staff helpful. Help me with all the luggage. The room is small but clean,neat and beautiful. Bed is comfy.

Toilet is not well maintained. Have to use the pail. Pipe at sink not working. Very small. Have to pay in cash. The hotel will refund the online pyt.

Very good accommodation The room is clean and tidy there is a hot shower in the bathroom i can rent a scooter and car at a cheap price, staff and owner very frendly and helpful I hope i can return to Sapo Rumbia Berastagi again😊thank you
