Staff was very friendly. Viktor helped us with everything we wanted.

They are still building the top level which makes a lot of noise. A lot of dust everywhere. Our towels had stains. Sheets had stains. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was a huge leak after the rain. The hallway was full of water + it even came in to our room. We didn’t felt safe in the hotel because of them renovating/building everything and because of the leak. The owner told us that there is nothing wrong with the construction, but we still didn’t felt comfortable. Our room was very humid. The walls had water stains and even some mold at some places. The picture from the building at booking.com doesn’t match in real life. At first we thought we were at the wrong place.

The room is comfortable, clean, and quite. My room has a view to Sibayak Volcano. It is worth it for it's price.

I really did not like the place. My room had no window at all and they are making the "vila" larger so you had construction going on until 5 p.m. I found really rude that the owner told me to to write it on the internet but I think it is just fair for the guest to know in advance.

The were insects everywhere and the owner was cheeky with the prices. He told us we could only go up the volcano if we walked ourselves otherwise the only way to go there was buying a whole trip package which it isn't true. There is public transport and also vans in the main street that will make your trip up the mountain easier. The motorbike was 150k, ridiculous expensive!

Beer delivery to the room, decent food, okay staff, assistance with onward travel arrangements (against a commission), scooter rental (not cheap).

Booked a villa but ended up in a so-called deluxe room. Nothing deluxe about it. Its a very basic budget RedDoorz. No bedstandlight, next to mosque with loud prayercalls, window couldnt close fully (=loudness), mold on bathroomsealing and leaking tap, mattress old and sheet dirty (stains and hair), saw cockroaches, tv that jumps on at 05.45 to wake you up, nowhere to hang your clothes, dusty spiderwebs in the corner, stains on ceiling and walls, pillows smell like cheap male aftershave etc. Would recommend to pay a bit more and get a nicer place in a more central location.

Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. The place is perfectly adequate for its price, the beds are rather comfortable and the scooter rental is very useful.

The shower’s water temperature was either extremely hot or extremely cold, no in between.
