地下の整備がまだされていなかったようで、少し怖かったです。 入り口の自動ドアがなかなか開かず苦戦しました。

Password code to resident always error. Toilet is no clean The parking was limit to 3 car during winter season. The optional parking is half km away. The route to resident is rough. It requires 4x4 to access the residents which is not mentioned in the guidance.

The location is excellent for skiing at Tsugaike. Everything is very close and generally convenient. The rooms are large, with spacious layouts and plenty of space, which is comfortable for a family stay. The apartment is equipped with the necessary appliances and facilities.

Unfortunately, the room was extremely cold. We arrived in the evening with our children, and the indoor temperature was almost the same as outside — around +3°C. We had to stay fully dressed for a long time and spent more than a full day trying to warm up the room. Even after that, the floors remained icy cold. There were no bathroom mats in the bathrooms, making it very uncomfortable to stand on the cold floor. The sinks and some dishes were dirty upon arrival, and there were hair strands left by previous guests. We were not provided with towels, and late at night we had to search for towels ourselves in order to wash ourselves and our children. We contacted the property via Booking, but unfortunately received no response. The entrance area was quite dirty. Although guests are asked to remove their shoes, doing so meant standing on a cold, wet, and dirty floor, which was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Overall, while the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, some very basic things were missing. For example, there is a projector, but only one roll of toilet paper. There is full household equipment, but no bathroom mats and no heated floors. I still do not understand why the room was so cold and why it was not prepared for our arrival, especially considering that we informed the property in advance that we would be staying with small children. The cold temperature significantly affected our experience and made the stay very uncomfortable.

Love the room as it was very neat, cozy and comfortable. The location was also very convenient as it is near the bus stand and near the ski lift. However, there were no convenience store nearby. Hence, do stock up your groceries before you come here.

We requested for early check in a day before, but the AI responded to us with no absolute answer which left us hanging. We reached there early, and when we contacted them again, they say that they haven't done the room inspection yet which was done quite late - 2PM plus and the check in was at 3PM. The staff was not friendly and was not even helpful when they saw us with all our luggage at the main entrance. We are ok if you have informed us earlier that it was not possible at all for early check in, hence we can plan earlier. However, with all the not so good experience during check in, we were happy that the room was up to our expectation.

Room was sparking clean and roomy! Modern and neat! great location just next to the gondola station.

I thought PJ was free but turn out we have to rent :P

Beautiful room and very clean, comfortable beds with a great living room area.

There weren't any towels in the room and we weren't informed that we'd need to take them from reception. When we arrived there was none left so we couldn't shower.
