家族3人で滞在しました。 室内はすべて綺麗で非常に快適に過ごせました。 キッチンには調理器具や食洗機などの設備が一通り揃っていて、スーパーで地元の新鮮な食材を調達し、お部屋で調理して食事を楽しむことができたのは最高の体験でした。 栂池ゴンドラが目の前にある立地のおかげで、栂池自然園を半日かけて歩き回った後も、すぐに部屋へ戻ってゆっくりと体を休めることができ、とても助かりました。 また、浴室のシャワーの水圧が強く、旅の疲れがしっかり癒されました。

特にありません。大変満足です。

建物自体は古いようでしたが、室内はしっかりとリフォームされていて快適でした。 家具や食器などおしゃれな感じで大満足でした。

今回は１階の部屋に滞在しましたが、２階に入ったグループがひどかった。 若者の悪乗りだと思いますが、深夜１時過ぎにドンドンと飛び回って大暴れ。 クレームを入れようとドアをノックしましたが出てこない。 しばらくはおとなしくなるが、すぐにドンドンという音が再開。 何度かノックを繰り返しましたが、結局３時過ぎまで大騒ぎ。 小さい子供も完全に目が覚めてしまい全員寝不足。 設備は期待どおりだっただけに残念。 せっかくの家族旅行が台無し。

Amazing staff, super helpful. Amazing appliances, loved the kitchen. Fantastic location!!

Drying room was broken, dishwasher machine had no cleaning chemicals. Too few bowls and plates. Noisy at 6am due to groomers/ski lift operators.

Great location and enough space for our family of 6. Easy self check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good facilities in the apartment to be able to cook and the beds were comfortable.

The drying room was always cold so not the best for getting your gear dry after a day on the snow.

Proximity. Directly next to Chair Lift and Gondola.

Could see a bit more details in cleaning. The staff was friendly but you had to pull information out their nose. They had discounted lift tickets at the reception and they weren’t offered so we only found out at check out which made us pay full price at the counter.

Big, new, cool, self contained.

Check in was pretty poor, even in person at hostel.
