"I’m coming back."

UNPLAN Residence is the perfect ski/snowboard location in Hakuba area (Tsugaike Resort). The residence has only just been renovated, we had the mountain view suite which was perfect for 4 of us. 40 steps from the front door to the first lift and another 20 meters to another 2.

We were the first guests since refurb so a few minor housekeeping issues but all quickly solved by Management at UNPLAN Village.

"Fantastic place to stay."

About 20 m from Gondola. Location could not be better. Brand new. Beds comfy. The 2 bedroom unit also had 2 toilets and another basin/mirror outside the bathroom which was great.

Only just opened a couple of weeks ago. Ski room not finished and made it a bit hard to deal with boots etc standing, no where to sit. Hot water system difficult. Had to call staff twice to get it to work.

"Not fancy but perfectly comfortable and incredible location"

You could literally walk 30 feet and be at a chairlift. Walk 100 yards and be at the gondola. Walk another 50 feet and be at a row of restaurants or happy hour spots. It wasn’t fancy but it served our purposes just fine. We had a great time staying here

Hot water would run out on occasion when everyone in the building was showering but take a shower in the off hours and it was great!
